By analyzing real-time data such as heart rate, step count, sleep quality, and exercise intensity, the AI health assistant offers personalized exercise recommendations, nutrition plans, and sleep guidance, helping users achieve their health goals. The AI health assistant continuously optimizes recommendations based on data changes and health goal adjustments, enabling users to improve their lifestyle based on actual needs.
