To ensure the long-term value growth of $ZEN tokens, ZenithRing adopts a dual deflation mechanism, reducing token circulation through transaction fee burns and node governance penalties, enhancing market scarcity.
Transaction Fee Burn: Within the health data market, each transaction incurs a 2% fee, with 50% used to repurchase and burn $ZEN, reducing market circulation and stabilizing the ecosystem's economic model.
Node Penalty Mechanism: If DePIN nodes are found to be malicious (e.g., falsifying data, refusing to provide storage or computation services), their staked $ZEN tokens are partially or fully confiscated and sent to a burn address, ensuring the fairness and credibility of the DePIN ecosystem.
Additionally, as the ecosystem expands, ZenithRing plans to introduce a smart contract automatic burn mechanism, dynamically adjusting the burn ratio to adapt to the growth in data market transaction volume, ensuring the long-term stability of the token economic model.
